I would like to register a child (under 6 years) who will stay in the same room with me.

In case you bring your child, who is between 0-5,99years, he/she can stay for free, but she needs to sleep in a "baby bed" or in the same bed as you (i.e. no seperate "adult bed" is provided for him/her). Even if he/she stays for free, please still register him/her.

Terms and Conditions

Conditions of participation:
The participation at the above mentioned event organized by Salsa Diabólica Dance School (referenced as: Dance School) is subject to completion with valid personal information, proper use and submission of this registration form.

We only store and use data and information collected from the applicant for sake of the event and we neither give it to any third parties nor using it for marketing and commercial purposes.

1. Rooms:
We have given the opportunity to the applicant to sumbit her/his request regarding her/his roommate(s) at the time of registration. The Dance School tries to fulfill all requests though we can not guarantee for a full compliance. In this respect we are not in a position to accept any complaints.

2. Participation:
The main condition of participation is the registration at the event. Without this registration no one can visit the venue of the event even with a valid payment confirmation. Unregistered visitors will be askeded to leave the venue immediately.

3. Visitors:
Participants can only have visitors outside of the premises of this event. For visitors (family, friends) the same rules apply as for any unregistered visitors - see above.

4. Cancellation of the registration, payback: Free cancelling till 30 June
between July 1 – August 14. the canceling fee is 60%
the cancellation is not possible after this date even if the participant can give us a medical certificate! Vis major (EU or country regulation of closing borders or travels) canceling fee is 0%.

5. Payment deadlines:
the hole amount bust be payes by the deadline limits.
In the event you miss the payment deadlines and we do not receive your fee as per the above, we are in a position to increase the registration fee as per the next category or cancel your registration and to give your place to someone on the waiting list.

The Dance School claims the possibility of changeing the program for the entire time of the event.
